Q: How does the random name picker work?

The tool removes blank and duplicate entries, securely shuffles the unique names in your browser, and displays the first name from that shuffle.

Q: Does the picker remove a selected name?

No. The current picker leaves the full list in place, making it easy to run independent picks from the same group.
