The service
PicklyTool provides browser-based utilities that randomize user-provided lists. The service is offered without an account and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features and availability may differ by browser or device.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter and the way you use a result. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or enter information you do not have the right to use.
Use minimal, non-sensitive identifiers when possible. Do not enter passwords, financial information, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.
Random results and important decisions
Results are generated randomly and are not advice, a guarantee of fairness in every context, or a substitute for human judgment. PicklyTool is intended for ordinary classroom, workshop, team, game, and organizational tasks.
Do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, admissions, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for reviewing a result before acting on it.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the site handles user-entered names and technical request data. Names and generated results are processed in the browser and are not intentionally collected for analytics.
Ownership
PicklyTool and its site design, branding, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain any rights you have in the information you enter. These terms do not grant permission to copy the site, use the PicklyTool brand, or resell the service.
Third-party services

Disclaimers and liability
